Hey all. Day 22 for me with no added sugars/sweeteners. Final night time I had corn and potatoes and had that candy aweful style. Are you able to inform me what meals you avoid that aren’t clearly sugar infused. Questioning specifically about:

  1. Potatoes recent residence grown

  2. Candy Potatoes

  3. Decrease glycemic fruits

  4. No sugar low carb beer ie.miller lite

  5. Corn

  6. Beans, peas

  7. Complete grain wheat

  8. Popcorn

  9. Solely salt potatoe chips
