Whether or not for sticky toffee pudding, pancakes or pouring over ice cream, this toffee sauce is the dream. Sticky Toffee Sauce


  • 75g salted butter
  • 50g darkish brown sugar
  • 50g golden caster sugar
  • 50ml golden syrup
  • 125ml double cream


  1. Soften the butter, darkish brown sugar, caster sugar and golden syrup collectively in a small non-stick pan over a low warmth. Prepare dinner very gently for 10 minutes or till it’s beginning to bubble and simmer barely. Swirl the pan to combine the substances.
