Meal Plans Week 130

I’ve been doing a great deal of shopper recipe testing this week which has saved me busy within the kitchen. This week I’m trying ahead to cooking no matter I really feel like!

And that’s what this week’s meal plan options are all about, cooking scrumptious issues!

Plan A

Day 1: Eggplant and Potato Curry, that is simple and scrumptious.

Day 2: Hen, Thyme, Carrot and Tahini Tray with Caramelised Lemon. Love a tray bake! Minimal dishes, most flavour.

Day 3: Balsamic Mushroom Fettucine with Whipped Roasted Garlic, no extra must be mentioned that is so good!

Day 4: Sourdough Crumbed Fish Burger, I really like making bread crumbs from stale bread particularly for this burger!

Day 5: Thai Crimson Curry Noodle Soup, Ramen type. Such deliciousness.

Plan B

Day 1: Balsamic Mushroom Fettucine with Whipped Roasted Garlic, a dreamy approach to begin the week.

Day 2: Broccoli, Goats Cheese and Potato Truffles, scrumptious supper or lunch.

Day 3: Satay Noodle Bowls and Salt and Pepper Tofu, that is certainly one of my favourites.

Day 4: Eggplant and Potato Curry, that is good for batch cooking too.

Day 5: Fast Vegetarian Miso Ramen, simple finish of week meal!

This week’s bonus recipe is Berry and Vanilla Skillet Crumble – a straightforward dessert that’s oh so satisfying.
